Michelle Obama has mounted a successful campaign again childhood obesity (www.nabef.org). She vows to help America raise a healthy generation of kids. In her quest she's employed Beyonce Knowles to be a spokesperson for exercise and fitness.
Yesterday, Beyonce released her first dance video for the campaign, a remix of her #1 hit, Get Me Bodied. The song, Move your Body (Let's Move), features Beyonce running into a school cafeteria and teaching the kids fun ways to move their bodies while using some popular hip-hop dances. There's no way you can watch this video without wanting to get up and dance. Plus, the kids are too cute - you can tell they had a good time while on set.
Now, let's talk about Beyonce's 'work-out' attire for the video. She wore a cropped white t-shirt, cut-off jean shorts, American Apparel knee-high socks, and patent leather multi-color Christian Louboutin lace-up booties. Only Beyonce can wear 5 inch pumps while dancing. She looked good though.
