#NYFW Fall 2012: Michael Kors

Sorry I've beem slacking on my fashion week coverage. With Whitney Houston's passing and Valentine's Day sneaking up on me, I got a bit sidetracked.  Don't worry, I'm back. Today, it's all about Michael Kors! Take a look:

I watched the Michael Kors show with my mouth gaped open - the luxuroius goodness of each piece was amazing.  It was like fur filled goodness, topped with tartan, and sprinkled with sequins.

Just like with Richard Chai, there's no doubt that fur is SO in for Fall 2012. However, Michael Kors presented the aesthetic in such a conventional yet gorgeous way it make the customer want to wear the look to the gas station. Michael Kors' collection was as practical as it was lovely.

The look above, you could wear this to the company fundraiser, church service, or out on a date with your hubby. How many runway looks are so transferable off stage?

The closer were these two jersey knit column dresses. Each dress was covered in sequins and flowed like a dream. The keyhole details added the sexy without being to revealing. The whole show was just classy!
