As you know, I'm deep in the cut of Nashville Fashion Week. But some may not know that I still have a full-time day job. Oh yeah, and this week, we are having an audit! Wonderful.
I can admit that my diet hasn't been the best this week (appetizers and liquor for dinner? Seems legit!), but I knew that getting some fresh juice in my life would be the ticket. Juicing gives you a quick shot of vitamins that your body needs.
This week's juice I'm calling the Lemon Pepper Delight! However it's more lemon-y than pepper-y.
Prepare: 1 lemon, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, 1 yellow pepper, and 1 cucumber. Throw them in your fave juicer and get your life back together.
I may do a three or five day juice detox after my schedule clears out. We shall see! Hope you try this recipe - let me know of you like it.
