The #100DayFitness challenge is simple: Workout out 30 minutes a day, everyday, for 100 days. Eat smart/eat clean for best results. Participants aren't asked to subscribe to a fancy diet plan or crazy repetivite workouts (ie. squat challenge). Everyone is just asked to 'move something' for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day. Seems easy enough for me.

Oh yeah, 100 Days of fitness doesn't mean - GO HARD everyday. You know your body - don't over do it. When you need a day of rest you can do yoga, stretching, a walk with your kids, or walk your favorite mall - something simple. This challenge is about getting up and adding more activity to your life.
Don't be afraid to challenge yourself, you can do it - JOIN IN! We have a Facebook group to encourage each other. I'll be sharing some of my tips, tricks, and thoughts on my social media pages too!
